YOU ARE:
You are a well-rounded web/internet developer with strong development chops in a LAMP environment. If the need arises, you can configure a hosting environment, install standard distributions, update DNS records, write a SQL query, or install an SSL certificate. You might have acquired UI/UX, interactive media, social media, and/or gaming design experience, because you know those skills let you stand out in the crowd. And, you’ve picked up some iOS and/or Android development skills on your own or on the job.

If you join us, you’ll work as part of a small team of A-players building new, and maintaining existing, web and mobile applications. Required Skills & Experience:
3-5+ years of web/software development experience, including:
- LAMP (current and recent versions)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON
- JQUERY and JQUERY MOBILE
- Cross-browser testing
- Familiarity with at least one commercial or open source CMS
- Familiar with at least one source code control system
- Understanding of database normalization, and the ability to define and implement data structures in MySQL
- Proven experience or interest with iOS and/or Android
Strong technical skills, including:
- Proven ability to learn new skills on demand
- Proven ability to think creatively and to develop innovative solutions
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and architectures
- Solid understanding of usability and user experience principles
- Ability to manage DNS registration, renewal, and transfer processes
- Ability to use control panel interfaces for cloud-based host management
Strong communications and people skills, including:
- Ability to accurate scope / estimate assignments in advance
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work within and contribute to the success of a development team
- Ability to productively participate in team code reviews
- Ability to work on multiple projects with various deadlines
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
